On August 3, 2020, the amiable Apostle John Paul Okwok celebrated his 60th birthday low key due to the COVID-19 imposed social distancing order. Apostle John Paul Okwok is the Senior Pastor of City of Life Ministry as well as the President of Ministry of life international ( MOLI), John Okwok Global ministries (JOGM) and Global Apostolic Intercession Network (GAIN). He is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos.
He was a former civil servant, banker and a management consultant. John Okwok sensed the call of God upon his life since 1980. His ministry has spanned more than two decades during which he led the Lagos Varsity Christian Union (LVCU) as President. He served as a pastor under a denomination for more than ten years before God led him to found Ministry of Life international in 2001. He is called of God to be a revivalist, teacher and an intercessor with apostolic signs and wonders following. He has preached the gospel in many nations of the world, including UK, USA and South Africa. He is married to Dr, Rev (Mrs.) Ngozi Okwok and they are blessed with lovely children.
