Early Life: Dr. Otuya was born in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, and grew up in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Although her parents hail from Delta State, she was raised in Lagos. She comes from a family of eight children and is the third child.

Salvation and Calling: At the age of nine, she had a profound supernatural experience that later culminated in a life-changing encounter with Christ. During this encounter, she received a divine mandate to “look for the missing parts and restore them,” a reference to the body of Christ.
