Dear Comrades in Christ, Colleagues and Friends,
It’s great to have you around at our RAPONET Building the Builders’ Summit today where we examined and explored the various impact models for dimensions of growth in ministry.
Believe me, I’m always happy and truly excited whenever I see you as we meet to rub minds, share experiences and learn together at our Master’s Feet. It is from His grace we have received Grace; I thank God for your life of humility to always learn and know more.
Remember, like I told you today, GROWTH IS NOT A SINGULAR PHENOMENON. GROWTH IS IN DIMENSIONS.
Your church can experience:
- NUMERIC GROWTH
- SPIRITUAL GROWTH
- SUPERNATURAL GROWTH
- PHYSICAL GROWTH,
- FINANCIAL GROWTH and indeed,
- ALL-ROUND GROWTH.
Remember also, that there is no church or ministry that can enjoy growth beyond the impact you make on people as a pastor and your environment as a church.
Impact is the force of influence your event, programme and projects have upon people or community around you.
It is IMPACT that grants you growth and makes people come around you as a minister.
WHERE THERE IS NO GROWTH, THERE WILL NEVER BE GROWTH UNTIL YOU COMMIT TO GROWTH!
So, start now to leverage on the growth models we discussed at the meeting.
MEET NEEDS. Jesus fed those who came to hear him. The solution you place on people’s table determines the impact you have on them.
You can also draw a massive and sustainable crowd to your church by simply offering LOGISTICS support.
Also, let those who come to your service for the first time should have a positive unforgettable through positive and impactful WORSHIP EXPERIENCE. They would love to come back.
What about using the CELL-LEVEL MODEL to enlarge your congregation and even create new branches in various locations using your members and the families in your congregation?
Of course, POWER, GOD’S ANOINTING must be operational in your ministry. Jesus used healing to draw people from the street to his ministry. A migraine victim listens to no preaching till he or she is healed.
Of course, you must have a PASTORAL GIFT-MIX. Any pastor that will successfully grow a church must be multidimensional in gifting and graces. You need the anointing gifting, leadership gifting, administrative gifting and must be at home with people.
Your COMMUNITY SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) can come handy in cultivating positive impact on the community of your ministry. Extend help that is beneficial to the community.
In all, I am confident in God that as you put these impact models for growth to work in your church, they will profit your life and ministry and you will experience unprecedented results and exponential growth from now in Jesus name.
As my God lives, I look forward to seeing you again when next we meet, by God’s grace, in August when the international edition of the Summit will be holding.
LET’S KEEP ON FIRING FOR JESUS.
