ESOCS holds 8th Remembrance Lecture/ Service for Late Elder Alade

The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim & Seraphim Church (ESOCS) Inc  will on Sunday February 13, 2022 hold the 8th remembrance service/lecture for the late spiritual leader of the Holy Order, the late Most Elder Gabriel Adewole Alade (Spiritual Paul A.M.A),  Alagba IV; Orimolade’s successor, who passed on in February 2014.

The acting spiritual leader/president of the Holy Order, Elder/Apostle Michael Olusegun Lebile (A.O.M) described the late Most Elder Gabriel Adewole Alade (Alagba1V) as a very peaceful and liberal spiritual leader who he said during his lifetime worked tirelessly towards bringing all C&S assemblies back into one fold. Elder Lebile recalled that the late Most Elder Alade waited patiently for six years before he was enthroned as Alagba 1V of the Holy Order in 2004.

“In the lineage of the Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim &Seraphim Inc we have only five leaders. There is nothing like Baba Aladura in the constitution of the Holy Order. It is in our constitution that all subsequent successors of the sole founder of the Holy Order, the late Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase shall be known and called Alagba. Baba Orimolade was the first Alagba of the Holy Order. Twenty four years after his death, Elder Edward Johnson succeeded him as Alagba 11 from 1959-1977. Elder Johnson was succeeded by Elder Olawuyi as Alagba 111 from 1977-1998. There was an interregnum of six years without an Alagba in the Holy Order until 2004 when Most Elder Alade was enthroned as Alagba 1V in 2004 till he passed on in 2014″ Lebile explained.

The acting spiritual leader/president of the Holy Order said the late Most Elder Alade left indelible marks in his lifetime as Alagba 1V of the Holy Order,  disclosing that was the reason the Holy Order instituted the annual remembrance lecture/service in his honor to sustain, preserve and promote his legacy as a spiritual leader.

“The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim & Seraphim (ESOCS) instituted the annual remembrance lecture/service for Baba Alade to sustain, preserve and promote the legacy that he left behind as a very peaceful and liberal spiritual leader who worked tirelessly towards bringing all C&S assemblies into one fold. Before Baba Alade passed on he paid several reconciliation visits to several elders and factions in Cherubim & Seraphim. Baba Alade died a very peaceful man,” Lebile remarked

The first annual remembrance lecture for the late Seraph spiritual leader will be delivered on Sunday February 13, 2022 by Evang. Olanrewaju Okunlola before a special remembrance thanksgiving service by the leadership of the Holy Order led by Elder/Apostle/ Prophet Michael Olusegun Lebile (A.O.M), the acting spiritual leader & president of the Holy Order. The memorial service with the theme, That They May Rest, will hold at the National headquarters of the Holy Order, 11 Cecelia Odutuga Street, Ilasamaja, Isolo, Lagos from 11.30 am.

MOST ELDER GABRIEL ADEWOLE ADEDOTUN ALADE: THE QUINTESSENTIAL OF SIMPLICITY.

It was a Day that the Heavens revealed their programs for the earth when the Prophesy was released through a Major Prophet that a child will be born, it will be through him stability will be restored back to the Cherubim and Seraphim Band Worldwide.

Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase was the Prophet who instructed a daughter of an Imam who follwed him from Ilorin to Lagos when they met during his Evangelical movement.

The prophet instructed the woman not to give birth to the child in Lagos, that she should go to a village called Abule Oke in Abeokuta, Ogun state. The woman never doubted her Spiritual Father for once but the Prophesy shocked her because she has not been to the place and fear of labour gripped her, but the Prophet knew what was in her mind, and he told her that those that will take her delivery are already there waiting for her there.

The woman left immediately to Abule Oke as instructed by the Prophet. Truly speaking, on the Day of her delivery, it was a miraculous one. On the  said Day, she was alone in the house and no one within the  neighborhood to attend to her. Immediately she felt the labour pains, she moved inside her room, and laid on her bed expecting the Nurses the Prophet told her about, that was all she knew because she passed out. When she woke up and saw Baby beside her with no sign of blood , everywhere was in order. She said truly the Angels has taking her delivery. It was after an hour, people started returning from the Farm.

They were all marvel seeing her with a child without anyone taking her delivery. Everyone praised God for His mercy and Love towards everyone. If not for God, the village would have been in total disarray.

It all happened on the 9th February 1933. It was a significant Year in the History of The Cherubim and Seraphim.

The child was christened  on the 8th Day and was called GABRIEL ADEWOLE ALABI.

The mother brought the child to the Man of God in Lagos. The man of God asked for his name and he was told but he said, the child’s name  must include ” ADEDOTUN” because the Vision would be fulfilled through him.

Baba became the fifth child to be christened by Orimolade himself personally after he had named Baba Akande in Ogbomosho as first male child followed by the daughter of Elder Ezekiel Akindele Davies known as mama BERE, followed by Baba Fafowora, Baba Aladura Femi Philips of Mount Shilloh Praying Band, Mushin as the fourth child and Most Elder  Gabriel ADEWOLE Adedotun Alade was the fifth and the last child.

Elder Alade was not interested in the fulfillment of any Prophesy, he was only interested in his livelihood.  Elder Alade has similarity with Prophet Jonah in the Bible who wasn’t willing to delivered God’s message to the Nineveh but was later arrested. Just same ways Alade ran to Ibadan and later to Ghana and lied to those people in the Mosque that he was a Muslim and his name was GARUBA in order to be accommodated in the Mosque.

The Bible says, God told the Prophet ” IS MY EYES NOT GOING WITH YOU?” The samething happened to Elder Alade when people came to meet an Alfa who accommodated him for divinations.

It was Elder Alade who was not on the seat that the Oracle was pointing at. The Alfa was surprised with the divinations but being an experienced diviner he stomached what he saw till after he was through with his clients.

The Alfa called Alade in for discussions but in a loving tone because Alade has been a source of Joy to them and very trustworthy person.

The Alfa told him, why did you lied to us? You are a Christian and not just a christian but a man with chosen with special Mandate. Please GARUBA, you have to return back to Nigeria to fulfilled your Destiny.  That was how Elder Alade came back to Lagos, Nigeria.

THE JOURNEY TO PRIESTHOOD.

Before he ran away to foreign Land, he grew up under the care of Baba Peter Omojola, the Elder brother to Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase.

When he returned from Ghana to Nigeria, still, he  wasn’t willing to go into the Ministry. He wanted a fulfilled life where he will be living comfortably not the ways Prophets lives, but it wasn’t easy for the ” CALLED”.

Elder Alade couldn’t get his bearings despite all of his struggles to become an independent man from God. He almost become a frustrated man, until God visited him through a Prophet he met on his way home. The Prophet told him that, he can only have breakthrough if he will be willing to change his surname and returned back to God. Elder Alade obeyed the advice of the Prophet and changed his surname from Alabi to “ALADE”.

“AND THE PROPHET DECIDED“.

Elder Alade continued from where he stopped before running Helter skelter in order not to work as a Prophet. He was made an Apostle by one of his spiritual Father called Baba Aladura Ifemade in 1964.

Baba Alade came to Ilasamaja in 1967 to start a church at Taiwo street and left to the Present site which was formally 48, Abeokuta street now 11, CECILLIA ODUTUGA STREET.

Elder Alade was former chairman Lagos Conference of the Eternal Sacred Order of The Cherubim and Seraphim Registered 316 Aladura Parentbody during the reigns of the Alagba Julo the third, Most Elder John Ojo Olawuyi.

When he became the Alagba Julo the fourth in 2004. He remembered the dream he had and the promise he made to God of Orimolade, that if he becomes the Alagba Julo, he will surrendered the House of Prayers to the Holy Band as the National Secretariat and Headquarters. Which he did by instructing his Lawyer, Barrister Nojimdeen Abimbola ONIKOYI Esq. and some Elders about the visions he had where Orimolade asked him of his Secretariat and that he doesn’t want it to be shifting each time Alagba Julo ( Most Elder) is enthroned. The church was later handed over to The Eternal Sacred Order Of The Cherubim and Seraphim as a Permanent Secretariat/Headquarters in order to fulfill all what the Lord had said concerning The C&S Worldwide. The Lawyer went to Abuja and the building was registered as National Secretariat/Headquarters.

Elder Gabriel ADEWOLE ADEDOTUN ALADE immortalized himself through the the structure and selfless service to God and to humanity before he died.

Williams Shakespeare said ” when beggar dies, there are no comments seen, the heavens themselves blames the death of the Princess”.

Prophet Gabriel ADEWOLE ADEDOTUN ALADE died on the 13th of February, 2014 and laid in State at the National stadium, Surulere, Lagos. The Heavens and the Earth blamed the death of the Royal Priest in Priesthood. The presence of The Heavenlies were felt throughout Lagos, neighbouring states and outside the Country.

The Army of Salvation were delight to watch. All Armed Forces, especially the Nigeria Navy later joined in giving more befitting burial to the Prophet of God.

YOU ARE REMEMBERED TODAY, THE BURDEN OF WHAT YOU WANTED TO ACCOMPLISHED IS TOO HEAVY. WE PRAYED IT WON’T BE US ALONE.

SLEEP ON THE GENERAL AND BE LOOKING BACK TO CHECK ON US. WE LOVE YOU BUT GOD LOVES YOU MOST.
