The Movement of Holy Spirit Ministry International has announced plans for its 2026 Annual Convention, themed “Building on Solid Rock,” with the scriptural focus taken from Matthew 7:24.
The four-day spiritual gathering is scheduled to hold from June 24 to June 28, 2026, at the church auditorium located at 7 Muyibi Street, off Shonola Street, opposite Excellence Hotel, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.
According to the organisers, the convention is designed to strengthen believers in their Christian faith by emphasizing the importance of building their lives on the unshakable foundation of God’s Word. Participants are expected to experience powerful teachings, prayers, worship sessions, and impartation ministrations throughout the programme.
The event will be hosted by Rev. Francis Egbogun and Rev. Florence Egbogun, who serve as the ministry’s spiritual leaders. They will be joined by an array of seasoned ministers of the Gospel, including Apostle Dele Johnson, Rev. Dr. Janet Onaolapo, and Dr. Patrick Anidi, who are billed to minister during the convention.
Activities will commence on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., followed by evening sessions on Thursday, June 25, and Friday, June 26, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The convention will culminate in a special thanksgiving and impartation service on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 7:30 a.m.
Speaking on the significance of the theme, the organisers noted that the convention seeks to equip believers with biblical principles that will enable them to remain steadfast amid life’s challenges and uncertainties.
Church members, Christian leaders, and the general public have been invited to attend the annual gathering, which is expected to attract worshippers from different parts of Lagos and beyond.
The ministry also encouraged interested participants to connect with the church through its social media platforms for updates and further information regarding the convention.
The 2026 Annual Convention promises to be a season of spiritual renewal, divine encounters, and a reaffirmation of the believer’s commitment to building a life firmly founded on the Solid Rock, Jesus Christ.
