Leadership Voice of Integrity International (L.V.O.I.) has announced its 2026 Leadership Voice of Integrity Conference, where renowned political economist Prof. Pat Utomi and other distinguished speakers will examine the role of integrity in leadership under the theme, “The Integrity Question: Can a Leader Lead Without Compromise?”

The two-day conference will hold on August 13 and 14, 2026, at 23, Kosoko Road, opposite Just Rite Mall, Ojodu Berger, Lagos. Daily sessions are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with evening sessions from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

According to the organisers, the conference seeks to address one of the most pressing questions confronting today’s leaders: Can leadership be exercised successfully without compromising integrity?

“The question before this generation is no longer ‘Who wants to lead?’ but ‘Can a leader lead without compromise?'” the organisers stated, adding that the conference will provide a platform for robust discussions on ethical leadership, character development and transformational influence.

In addition to Prof. Pat Utomi, other speakers expected at the conference include Prof. Godwin Solomon Nwachukwu, Dr. (Mrs.) Gloria Godwin Nwachukwu, Dr. Femi Paul, retired Assistant Inspector-General of Police Olatunji Caulcrick, and Dr. Muyiwa Onabanjo.

The organisers said the event is open to students, entrepreneurs, clergy, executives, public servants, professionals and aspiring leaders. Participants will be equipped with practical insights to strengthen their leadership capacity, deepen their character and inspire positive societal transformation.
