REINVENTION: APOSTOLIC SHIFTS AND COMPASSION AT THE BUILDING THE BUILDERS’ SUMMIT.

Building the Builders’ International Ministers’ Summit (26.0 – Exponential Growth Edition) once again proved why it remains a rare and strategic gathering for ministers, an encounter not just to attend, but to experience.

Ministers came from far and near, cutting across ranks and denominations, General Overseers, PFN officers and Chapter Chairmen, Reverends, Elders, with the Chairman of PFN Alimosho Province present alongside his wife and seasoned leaders.

Every seat occupied testified to one truth, this is a meeting ministers intentionally position themselves for, because they understand the weight it carries.

At the heart of the summit was the timeless and piercing ministration of the Convener, Dr. James Akanbi, who ministered with clarity, authority, and prophetic depth on the theme REINVENTION (Retire. Refire. Rehire).

Daddy Akanbi emphasized that the gospel itself thrives on REINVENTION and that Ministry stagnation is often the result of resistance to change. He unveiled truths that struck both the spirit and the structure of ministry, emphasizing that revelation and prophecy alone are not enough, REINVENTION is the price for relevance and results.

He declared that no minister can achieve prophecy without first becoming the personality heaven has designed for that level, stressing that becoming always precedes performance.

With apostolic weight and uncommon boldness Dr. James Akanbi called for a total “Firing and Re-hiring” of ministerial identity. He urged leaders to:

  • Fire THE PASTOR and Hire LEADER (Pastor Manages, Leader Breaks new frontiers.)
  • Fire THE YOUHTPHOBIA and Hire TRANSGENERATIONAL MAN.
  • Fire THE FINANCIALLY ILLITERATE LEADER and Hire FINANCIALLY LITERATE LEADER (Financial Education) If you take titte then teach what to do with the 90%.
  • Fire THE MONO GROUP LEADER and Hire MULTI GROUPER(Cells and small groups help growth).
  • Fire THE UNSTRATEGIC PASTOR and Hire ASTUTE PLANNER.
  • Fire THE BLIND BAT and Hire HYPEROPIA (Visionary).
  • Fire THE KNEELPHOBIA and Hire PRAYING MANTIS (Lk 22:39).
  • Fire THE TECH AVERSE MAN and Hire THE TECH SAVVY. Every word landed with precision, and every moment demanded attention.

One of the most profound highlights was the tangible expression of compassion and leadership as the Convener extended financial support of ₦150,000 to ministers struggling with rent, reminding everyone present that true ministry transformation touches both vision and livelihood. By the time questions were taken and the mic finally dropped, it was clear that no one was leaving the same.

The summit did not just inspire, it recalibrated, repositioned, and redefined ministry for the year ahead. Indeed, this was not just another gathering; it was a divine call to REINVENT, REALIGN, and RISE.
