Power of Solitude Confinement – Apostle Kemi Togun

0

There was a time, about 13 years ago, when I went through deep hurt, betrayal, and pain that shook my very foundation. It was so intense that I almost turned back and said, “I’m done.” I didn’t want to go any further, didn’t want to face anyone, and didn’t want to continue the journey. But in the middle of my tears, I cried out, “No going back!” That decision made in pain became the turning point of my life.

Today, when you see me choosing to stay alone, staying quiet, and focusing on building myself and the ministry God has placed in my hands, it’s not because I’m withdrawn or bitter. It’s because I’ve learned to value peace over noise, purpose over distraction, and destiny over drama. I’ve learned that solitude with God is sometimes the best environment for growth.

So, my dear friend, if you’re going through a painful season right now, if people have misunderstood, hurt, or betrayed you, please don’t give up. The pain will pass, but what God is building in you will remain forever. What feels like isolation may be divine construction.

Keep standing. Keep believing. Keep declaring: “The journey continues, I am not quitting!”
Because one day, like me, you’ll look back and see that God was using every tear to prepare you for where you are meant to be. Shalom.
