Dear Comrades in Christ, Distinguished Colleagues, and Treasured Friends in Ministry, Sons and Daughters,

I extend my warmest greetings and sincerely hope this correspondence finds you flourishing in both spirit and purpose. It gives me immense pleasure to express my profound gratitude for your wholehearted participation and invaluable contributions to the recently concluded Building the Builders 2025 Summit. Your active engagement and thoughtful presence significantly elevated the quality of our gathering, transforming it into an extraordinary forum where we collectively explored the sacred art of developing men and women of God who are divinely positioned for remarkable exploits across all dimensions of life and ministry.

Time and again, I find myself deeply moved and inspired by the richness of our ministerial fellowship—these precious moments where we gather to exchange profound insights, share life-transforming experiences, and glean wisdom as we sit together at the feet of our Master. It is truly a sacred privilege to witness firsthand your unwavering dedication to continuous spiritual growth and ministerial excellence, which unmistakably demonstrates your genuine humility and wholehearted commitment to the advancement of God’s kingdom.

Throughout our intensive four-day summit, we repeatedly emphasized a fundamental principle that deserves our constant attention:

building is not a one-dimensional undertaking; it is a multifaceted process encompassing numerous interconnected dimensions.

This truth cannot be overstated—by intentionally prioritizing your personal development and spiritual formation, your ministry can experience transformative growth across multiple fronts simultaneously: numerically through increased membership, spiritually through deeper faith development, supernaturally through enhanced manifestations of God’s power, physically through expanded facilities and resources, and financially through improved stewardship and provision.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to our distinguished panel of speakers, whose exceptional wisdom and practical insights have left an indelible mark on our ministerial journeys:

Rev. Sunday Akingbelure:
FAITHFULNESS FOR FRUITFULNESS
The illuminating perspectives shared concerning the inseparable relationship between unwavering faithfulness and abundant ministerial fruitfulness were truly enlightening. The emphasis on the platform of service as the seedbed for fruitfulness resonated deeply with us all—reminding us that our faithful service in God’s vineyard is not merely duty but the very soil in which lasting fruit is cultivated.
The compelling encouragement to remain steadfast in our divine assignments, regardless of circumstances, has reinforced our understanding that consistent faithfulness is the bedrock upon which effective and impactful ministry is built.

Rev. Samson Ajetumobi:
BUILT FOR EXPLOITS
The inspirational message challenging us to fully embrace our God-given potential for extraordinary achievements resonated deeply, emphasizing the importance of purposefully aligning our ministerial endeavors with divine intention, the word of faith which has rekindled our passion and reinvigorated our determination to pursue God’s highest purposes.

Rev. Dr. Olubukola Oluwagbenga: MR/MRS MINISTER! TAKE HEED
The compelling exhortation regarding ministerial vigilance and spiritual attentiveness struck a profound chord within our hearts. We are deeply grateful for timely reminder about the critical importance of establishing and maintaining an unshakeable foundation in faith—a prerequisite for effectively shepherding the precious souls God has entrusted to our pastoral care.

Rev. Isaac Omolehin: BUILT TO LAST – How TO Last Long In Ministry
The comprehensive guidance on cultivating ministerial resilience and spiritual endurance was exceptionally valuable. The wisdom-filled teachings on constructing a lasting legacy in ministry—essential knowledge for those of us who aspire to make a significant, transformative, and enduring impact that spans generations.

Dr. James Akanbi: MYSTERY OF CENTRE OF GRAVITY IN MINISTRY
We must not forget the profound insights I shared regarding the critical importance of discovering and maintaining one’s center of gravity in ministry. The emphasis on focusing on your specific lane and utilizing the appropriate tools for effective functional ministry . This teaching reminded us that true ministerial effectiveness comes not from imitating others but from identifying our unique calling and equipping ourselves with the specific tools God has designed for our assignment. Understanding this mystery enables us to maintain balance, focus, and productivity in our service to God and humanity.

As we thoughtfully reflect upon and internalize the wealth of transformative teachings presented during our summit, let us continually remind ourselves of this fundamental truth:

“meaningful impact constitutes the essential foundation of sustainable growth.”

Your deliberate commitment to ongoing personal development will not only transform you but will also empower you to effectively nurture, mentor, and develop those whom God has placed within your sphere of influence.

Furthermore, strategically integrating well-designed Community Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives into your ministry’s outreach strategy can dramatically enhance your positive impact within your local community, creating bridges of relevance and opening doors for greater influence.

I remain absolutely confident that as you diligently implement the practical insights, biblical principles, and strategic models we explored during our time together, you will witness unprecedented results and experience exponential growth across all dimensions of your ministry. I eagerly anticipate our next gathering in fellowship, by God’s abundant grace, during the forthcoming international edition of the Building the Builders Conference, which promises to be even more transformative.

Please accept once again my heartfelt appreciation for your steadfast dedication, enthusiastic participation, and ongoing commitment to excellence in ministry. Together, as co-laborers in Christ’s vineyard, let us continue to pursue excellence and effectiveness in our service to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Master.

May God’s richest blessings overflow in your life and ministry.

With sincere appreciation and ministerial affection.
