Christian leaders, ministers, and church workers from different denominations are expected to gather in Lagos for the 2026 Annual Ministers and Church Workers Conference organized by Jesus Movement (Reaching the Body for Christ).
The two-day conference, themed “Building According to the Pattern,” is scheduled to hold on Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8, 2026, beginning 10:00 a.m. daily at Divine Choice Ministries, 1 Niyi Street, Cele Bus Stop, Agodo, Egbe, Lagos State.
According to the organizers, the conference is designed to equip pastors, church leaders, and ministry workers with biblical principles for effective ministry and church growth while emphasizing faithfulness to God’s divine pattern in service and leadership.
The event will feature renowned ministers of the Gospel, including Apostle Iyke Ejiaku, Chairman of PFN Alimosho Chapter; Rev. Barr. Samuel Afilaka; Bishop Lekan Ajao; and Rev. Toyin Kehinde, who will minister during the conference sessions.
The conference is being convened by Dr. David Ikhilelea and Rev. Vick Ikhilelea, leaders of the Jesus Movement. Speaking on the vision behind the gathering, the organizers noted that the conference aims to inspire ministers and church workers to remain committed to biblical standards and kingdom service.
Participants are expected to experience teachings, spiritual impartation, leadership development, networking opportunities, and practical insights for effective ministry in a rapidly changing world.
The Jesus Movement, whose mission is captured in the slogan, “Raising a People Whose Lives Glorify Jesus Christ,” expressed confidence that the conference will strengthen the body of Christ and contribute to the advancement of God’s kingdom.
Church leaders, pastors, evangelists, ministry workers, and interested believers have been invited to attend the conference and take part in what organizers describe as a strategic gathering for spiritual renewal and ministerial empowerment.
