Religious leaders, pastors and church workers from different denominations are expected to converge in Lagos for the July International Ministers and Leaders Conference (IMLC) organized by the David Army Ministerial Network (DAMIN).

The conference, themed “Understanding True Leadership,” is scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the City of David Ministries International, located at 2 Mike Adesuyi Street, opposite Market Junction, before Alausa Football Field, Lambe, Lagos.

According to the organisers, the event is designed to equip ministers and church leaders with practical and biblical principles of effective leadership, with a focus on strengthening ministry administration, spiritual growth and service delivery within the church.

The conference will feature renowned minister Apostle David Jelmark as the guest speaker, while Dr. David S. Jesufemi, Convener of the programme and leader of the David Army Ministerial Network, will host participants.

Organisers said the gathering aims to provide a platform for learning, networking and spiritual empowerment for ministers and workers seeking to improve their leadership capacity and effectiveness in ministry.

Church leaders have been encouraged to attend the conference with their pastors, departmental heads and workers. Emphasising the importance of leadership development, the organisers noted that proper training remains a key factor in building effective ministry teams.
