Members of the public have been invited to attend the grand finale of a 21-day fasting and prayer programme organized by God’s Mercy Revival Ministries, scheduled to hold on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Lagos.
The event, themed “Transfiguration: Reversal of Negative Life Narratives,” is expected to bring together worshippers seeking divine intervention, spiritual renewal, and transformation in various areas of their lives.
According to the organisers, the programme will be ministered by Dr. James Akanbi, who is expected to deliver messages focused on God’s power to change difficult situations and rewrite negative life stories. The event will also feature renowned gospel music minister Bidemi Olaoba, who will lead participants in praise and worship.
The grand finale will take place at Mercy Revival Center, located at 25/33 Alake Lakonko Street, off Ile-Epo Bus Stop, Idimu-Ikotun Road, Ikotun, Lagos, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Church leaders expressed confidence that the programme would be a time of spiritual awakening, breakthroughs, healing, and testimonies for attendees. They encouraged believers and members of the community to participate in the gathering as the ministry concludes its three-week prayer and fasting exercise.
The event forms part of God’s Mercy Revival Ministries’ ongoing efforts to promote revival, faith-building, and spiritual empowerment among Christians and the wider society.
Organisers said adequate arrangements have been made to welcome guests and ensure a conducive atmosphere for worship, prayer, and the ministry of the Word.
