Renowned minister and General Overseer of God’s Mercy Revival Ministries, (GOMERM)., Dr. James Akanbi, has announced the 2026 edition of the Building the Builders International Ministers’ Conference, a four-day leadership and capacity-building gathering designed to equip ministers of the Gospel for greater effectiveness and lasting Kingdom impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheduled to hold from Tuesday, August 11 to Friday, August 14, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. daily, the conference will take place at Mercy Revival Center, 25\/33 Alake Lakonko Street, Off Ile-Epo Bus Stop, Idimu-Ikotun Road, Ikotun, Lagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the theme, “Minister \u2022 Message \u2022 Ministry (MMM): Honing the Man and the Tool for Impactful Results,” the conference is designed to strengthen the spiritual, personal and ministerial lives of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, church leaders and other Christian workers, underscoring the truth that enduring ministries are built by transformed and continually equipped ministers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking ahead of the conference, Dr. Akanbi observed that while ministers devote themselves to serving others, they also need regular seasons of renewal, instruction and spiritual refreshing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Behind every powerful message is a messenger. Behind every thriving ministry is a minister who has been sharpened, stretched and transformed. No vessel can continually pour out without first being refilled. Building the Builders is designed not merely to build ministries, but to build the builders themselves,” he said.<\/p>\n\n\n

The conference will feature practical teachings, leadership insights and spiritual impartation from a distinguished lineup of seasoned ministers, including Pastor J.F. Odesola, Rev. Samson Ajetunmobi, Rev. David Amosun, Dr. Oluwabukola Oluwagbenga, Rev. Albert O. Aina and Bishop Joseph Akintunde, among other respected Kingdom leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants are expected to receive biblical principles, practical ministry wisdom and fresh spiritual impartation aimed at strengthening the minister, sharpening the message and empowering ministries for greater Kingdom impact. A major highlight of this year’s conference will be a Financial Empowerment Initiative for young and emerging ministries, providing strategic support to strengthen their Kingdom assignments and expand their impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference is powered by God’s Mercy Revival Ministries in collaboration with the Revival Apostolic Network and is expected to attract pastors, ministers, church leaders and Christian workers from across Nigeria and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organisers have extended an open invitation to all pastors, ministers, church workers and believers with a passion for effective Kingdom service to participate in what promises to be a defining moment of spiritual renewal, leadership development and ministerial empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the ministry’s August programmes, God’s Mercy Revival Ministries will also host its annual Zion 2026 Power Conference, themed “Commanding Realms of Possibilities: Accessing the Depth and Heights of Divine Possibilities,” from August 10 to 16, 2026, at the same venue. The week-long revival will feature anointed ministers and gospel artistes, with free transportation and feeding provided for participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
