UGCAN Inaugurates Nigerian Pastors\u2019 Forum to Drive Church Unity, National Transformation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United Gospel Churches Association of Nigeria (UGCAN) has formally announced the inauguration of the Nigerian Pastors\u2019 Forum, a strategic quarterly gathering aimed at fostering unity, strengthening leadership, and enhancing the role of the Church in national development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative, unveiled in an official communiqu\u00e9, is designed to bring together pastors and ministry leaders across denominations for sustained dialogue, spiritual alignment, and collaborative engagement on issues affecting both the Church and the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the communiqu\u00e9 signed by Dr. Wole Olarinde, Executive Director of UGCAN, the Forum is positioned as a platform to \u201cstrengthen the Body of Christ and enhance the collective impact of the Church in Nigeria,\u201d particularly in areas of moral leadership and societal transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Forum will operate under the annual theme, \u201cStrengthening the Church for National Transformation and Kingdom Influence,\u201d with a structured quarterly focus addressing key areas of concern. These include unity and alignment within the Church in the first quarter, leadership and accountability in the second, the Church\u2019s role in governance and the economy in the third, and revival and expansion in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UGCAN disclosed that the Nigerian Pastors\u2019 Forum will be held quarterly, each session spanning two days, typically scheduled for the first Thursday and Friday of March, June, September, and December. Specific dates and venues are to be announced ahead of each meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day will emphasize strategy and commissioning, with sessions on leadership and governance, followed by breakout discussions and the drafting of a communiqu\u00e9 outlining resolutions. The Forum will end with a prophetic charge and commissioning of participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
