Divine Appointment Ministry International (DAMI) has concluded its 2026 Mega Grace Annual Convention with awesome testimonies from worshippers, who recounted experiences of healing, divine protection, provision, deliverance and personal transformation during the thanksgiving service at the church’s headquarters in Ajah, Lagos.
The service featured testimonies from members who expressed gratitude to God for what they described as divine interventions in their lives and families, ranging from recovery from prolonged illnesses and protection from danger to employment opportunities, business growth and answers to prayers.
The testimonies followed an exhortation by the General Overseer of the church, Rev. Ben Eragbai, who encouraged Christians not to allow life’s challenges to discourage them, stressing that obstacles could become pathways to divine repositioning, breakthrough and advancement.
Eragbai urged believers to remain steadfast in God, exercise wisdom and persevere through difficult situations, noting that some challenges could lead to opportunities that might otherwise have been missed.

Among the testimonies was that of Sister Feyikemi, who recounted how her daughter was arrested alongside other occupants of a commercial vehicle after police officers reportedly discovered that a passenger had drugs in his possession.

According g to her, the passenger fled when the vehicle was stopped, leaving the other occupants to face the police. Her daughter subsequently called home and requested prayers.
Feyikemi said she remembered an instruction from the pastor encouraging members facing challenges to wear a yellow shirt. She wore the shirt while seeking her daughter’s release.
She explained that when the police demanded ₦800,000, she told them she had only ₦30,000. Another woman offered ₦500,000, which the officers eventually collected, while Feyikemi said she was not required to pay anything.
She described the outcome as a testimony of God’s intervention and expressed gratitude that her daughter was able to resolve the case without her making the demanded payment.
In another testimony, Sister Theresa Nduka said she had suffered a severe cough since July and had visited the hospital, where she received several antibiotics and other remedies without lasting relief.
She said she noticed an improvement when she arrived at the church premises during the convention on Sunday, adding that the symptoms subsequently disappeared.
Sister Blessing also testified that she had repeatedly been unable to complete major church programmes because of severe sickness.
She said the pattern recurred on the second day of this year’s convention, but during the second session, Eragbai reportedly mentioned her situation while ministering. She testified that she immediately experienced relief and was able to complete the programme.
A worshipper identified as Ibukunoluwa recounted an unsettling experience in which he saw a human figure while feeling tired and sleepy late at night. He said he could neither move nor speak at the time and became frightened.
According to him, he began calling on the name of Jesus, after which the experience stopped. He expressed gratitude to God for his life and what he regarded as divine protection.
Similarly, Sister Funmi testified to what she described as an answer to prayer following a prophetic declaration by the General Overseer.
She said Eragbai had previously spoken about a woman who experienced a recurring vision whenever she closed her eyes. According to her testimony, the experience stopped after the declaration, prompting her to give thanks during the convention.
The thanksgiving service also featured testimonies of protection from danger. Sister Roseline, speaking on behalf of her brother who works in Sagamu, said he had been asked by his director to leave his workplace accommodation because of a skin condition.
She explained that her brother left on Wednesday and later learnt that the four men who had shared the accommodation with him were killed in an alleged cult-related attack on Friday. She said her brother escaped the incident, which she described as an act of God’s mercy.

Another worshipper, Ezekiel, who said he served as a security operative, testified that his business had improved since he began attending the ministry’s programmes and applying what he described as the spiritual instructions he received.
He also recounted an encounter with a group of men after a dispute involving a missing piece of clothing belonging to a man who stayed with him. According to Ezekiel, the men surrounded him and demanded money for the clothing, but he was not physically harmed during the confrontation.
He expressed gratitude to God for his safety and the improvement in his business.
A woman whose daughter experienced difficulties during childbirth also testified to what she described as a remarkable answer to prayer. She said her daughter had remained in the labour room from Friday without delivering her baby.
According to her, she prayed and used a mantle, which she divided into four pieces to represent the cross, while calling on God for intervention. She said her daughter eventually delivered on Sunday and later came out of the labour room.
The woman further claimed that four other women who had also experienced prolonged labour delivered their babies after she shared the remaining pieces of the mantle with them. She expressed gratitude for what she described as a collective testimony.
Other members testified to personal transformation, salvation and financial breakthroughs. Solomon said he had experienced a change in his life since joining the church, particularly in overcoming doubts and discouragement.
Brother Godwin also testified that he had struggled financially before joining the ministry but later secured employment after becoming committed to the church.
Another worshipper said God had repeatedly provided solutions to challenges facing the family since joining the ministry, adding that prayer had remained a source of encouragement during difficult periods.
There were also testimonies of recovery from injuries and other personal challenges. Treasure expressed gratitude to God following a minor injury, while another member thanked God for being able to stand independently again and for the well-being of her children.
A mother testified that her daughter sustained a deep cut on her forehead after falling on Friday and had to be taken to hospital for stitches. She expressed gratitude that the injury was not more severe. She also recalled an earlier incident in which part of a ceiling reportedly fell shortly after she had called her daughter away from where she was standing during heavy rainfall.
Grace, another worshipper, testified to acquiring a new car and also expressed gratitude concerning her son, saying she had tried several remedies for a problem affecting him without success before taking communion, after which she noticed that the problem had stopped.
Deborah shared two testimonies, thanking God for protecting her brother in an area where, according to her, killings had been frequent.
She also recounted a change in her housing situation after her landlord initially informed her that she would need to vacate the property for renovations by January.
Deborah said she had prayed that she would eventually move from the rented accommodation into her own house. She explained that on Tuesday, while participating in praise and worship, she checked her phone and discovered a message from the landlord indicating that she could remain in the property for another two years without being disturbed.
The testimonies also included expressions of gratitude for salvation and spiritual growth. One member said she had prayed during the programme that it would not end, while another thanked God for the salvation of her soul.
Collectively, the testimonies formed a major highlight of the thanksgiving service, as worshippers recounted experiences they attributed to God’s faithfulness in their lives, families, health, businesses and personal circumstances.
The service marked the conclusion of DAMI’s 2026 Mega Grace Annual Convention, with members celebrating what they described as answers to prayers, protection, healing, provision and renewed faith.
