Archbishop Dr. Amos Dele Gbenro, the Johannesburg, South Africa-based President and Founder of the International Christian Charismatic Episcopal Organisation (ICCEO), unveils the vision of the organisation to Christian Benefits Magazine in the interview below, ahead of the Supernatural Summit and Inauguration 2026 of the organisation, scheduled to hold on October 19, 2026, in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Excerpts:

Sir, how would you like us to introduce you?

I should be addressed as Archbishop Dr. Amos Dele Gbenro. I am based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with my family.

Briefly tell us about your background, upbringing and salvation encounter.

I gave my life to Jesus Christ in Gospel Faith Mission International (GOFAMINT) many years ago, where I was fed with the accurate Word of God, and I experienced Christ in my life.

At what point in your walk with Christ did you receive the call to ministry, and what exactly is the mandate of that call?

I received the call of God upon my life when I was in Bible School. Specifically, I was called into the healing ministry. People experience healing under my ministration through the Word of God, prayer and the teaching of the Word of God.

How has that mandate shaped the ministry you lead today?

Great! The Lord has been doing a lot through our meetings, both at home and abroad, with testimonies left and right. When we preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, those who believe receive the manifestation of the power of the Holy Ghost, doing signs, miracles and great wonders in their lives.

How did the International Christian Charismatic Episcopal Organisation (ICCEO) begin, and what is its vision?

The International Christian Charismatic Episcopal Organisation (ICCEO) began with a vision of training and upgrading the Body of Christ into perfection.

What does “Supernatural” mean for the ICCEO, and how does it shape your mission?

For ICCEO, supernatural simply means demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit in these last days.

What is the Supernatural Summit and Inauguration 2026 about, and why is it holding now?

The Supernatural Summit and Inauguration 2026 is coming up with the intention of bringing men and women of God together for supernatural impartation. And this is the right time to do such.

What exactly is being inaugurated on October 19, 2026?

October 19, 2026, is our day of training, empowerment and enablement of both the ICCEO members and other participants. We are bringing all the ICCEO leaders into their various offices.

As Chief Host, what is your role, and why was End-Time Church in Abeokuta chosen as the venue?

The End-Time Church is hosting ICCEO because it is a central location for what the organisation plans to do. As I have mentioned, my role is to equip and impart all the participants and to appoint leaders of the organisation.

What should attendees expect on the day, including programme, ministrations and guests?

All the participants will experience and encounter the glory of God on that day.

Who is invited, and how many people do you expect?

We are inviting pastors, evangelists, apostles, teachers, prophets, deacons, deaconesses and other workers in various ministries. We are inviting participants in the five-fold ministries, including bishops and archbishops, as well as other guests.

What impact do you hope the summit will have on the Church, the community and Ogun State?

After being equipped, imparted and empowered with the Word of God at the meeting, surely, transformation will take place in their various churches and in the communities from which they attend the meeting.

What challenges did you face in preparing for it?

Putting things together is never an easy thing. As a dreamer, to achieve your dreams, you must not think it will become easy. But, in all in all, God will be in control.

What is your message to Christians and the public ahead of the event?

My message is that they should go out to the entire world and make God real through the demonstration of the supernatural, because our God is a supernatural God.

Thank you for this interview opportunity. God bless you.
