NCABAC Calls for Faithful Stewardship as Leaders Unveil “Rebuilding Stronger” Vision

The National Coalition of Apostle, Bishop, Archbishop and Cardinal (NCABAC) has reaffirmed its commitment to rebuilding the Body of Christ through faithful leadership, accountability, and unwavering commitment to God’s work with the unveiling of its national theme, “Rebuilding Stronger: Faithful Stewardship,” drawn from 1 Corinthians 4:2.
The theme was announced by the national leadership of the coalition under the leadership of Cardinal David Ireayo-Olusegun Roberts, National President and Founder, alongside members of the National Executive Council.
The leadership team includes Pastor Dr. David Okoduwa (Chief of Staff), Archbishop Otis Olorunishola (Secretary to the National Leader/Founder), Archbishop Olaoluwa Oluwadiro (Regional Vice President, South West), Apostle Dr. Victor U. Murray (Secretary to the National Leader/Founder), Apostle Giyande Lande (Regional Vice President, North Central), Bishop Prof. Amb. Henry Osaro Igunbor (Regional Vice President, South-South), Chief Apostle Fidel Chimezie (Regional Vice President, South-East), Benjamin Okoh (Chief Press Secretary), and Bishop David Adebayo Roberts (Personal Assistant to the National Leader/Founder).
Speaking on the significance of the theme, the coalition emphasized that the Church in this generation must move beyond numerical growth and focus on faithful stewardship of God’s resources, calling, and divine assignment.
Quoting 1 Corinthians 4:2, “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful,” the leadership noted that God measures success not merely by achievements but by faithfulness.
The coalition stressed that rebuilding a stronger Church begins with rebuilding stronger leaders—men and women whose lives reflect integrity, humility, obedience, accountability, and unwavering loyalty to Christ.
According to the leadership, faithful stewardship extends beyond the management of finances. It encompasses the responsible handling of spiritual gifts, ministry opportunities, leadership positions, time, influence, and every divine trust committed into the hands of believers.
The coalition further observed that the greatest threat to the Church today is not persecution from outside but unfaithfulness from within. Leaders who abandon biblical principles for personal ambition weaken the foundations of the Church and diminish its witness before the world.
Echoing the central message of the recently published article, “The Faithful Steward,” the coalition reaffirmed that loyalty remains one of the greatest virtues of Christian service. Just as Joshua faithfully served Moses before leading Israel, Elisha remained loyal to Elijah before receiving a double portion of his anointing, and Timothy faithfully stood with Apostle Paul in ministry, believers are reminded that God honours those who remain faithful in service before entrusting them with greater responsibilities.
The coalition urged ministers and church workers to reject the growing culture of disloyalty, rebellion, and unhealthy competition within the Body of Christ. Instead, they called for mutual respect, submission to godly authority, and a renewed commitment to kingdom service.
NCABAC also encouraged believers to understand that stewardship is not limited to church leaders. Every Christian has been entrusted with gifts, opportunities, and responsibilities that must be managed faithfully for God’s glory.
“The Church cannot truly rebuild unless believers become faithful stewards,” the coalition stated. “Faithfulness in little things prepares God’s servants for greater assignments. Every position in God’s kingdom is a trust that demands accountability.”
The coalition expressed confidence that embracing faithful stewardship would strengthen churches, restore confidence in Christian leadership, promote unity among ministers, and accelerate the advancement of God’s Kingdom across Nigeria and beyond.
As churches continue to confront spiritual, moral, and societal challenges, NCABAC believes the call to “Rebuilding Stronger” is both timely and prophetic. The coalition urged Christian leaders and believers alike to return to biblical principles, recognizing that enduring success in ministry is built not on popularity or position but on consistent faithfulness to God.
In an era when many are tempted to pursue influence at the expense of integrity, the coalition insists that God is still seeking faithful stewards—servants who will remain loyal to Him, steadfast in their calling, and accountable in every assignment entrusted to them.
