The Victory Gospel Singers poised to set Ibadan Agog

The ancient city of Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, will be set agog again for the 2025 yearly awesome anniversary celebration of one of the city’s frontline gospel singers,The Victory Gospel Singers Int’l (TVGS), reputed for their soul-winning gospel songs in the Oluyole city.

The Dr. Olusunmbo Sangogade-led popular Ibadan-based international gospel singers will lead hundreds of gospel music lovers; including some invited guest singers, artistes and choirs from different churches in Ibadan land and beyond in a six-hour praise and worship thanksgiving celebration on Sunday July 20, 2025 at Apostle Mobolaji Missionary Headquarters, Jagun Akanra Road, Ibadan, Oyo state, from Ipm.

Dr. Olusunmbo Sangogade, a 2025 Benefits Award for Missionary Excellence (BAME Award) winner for an outstanding gospel band leader, explained to Christian Benefits magazine that this year’s annual anniversary celebration of the group, tagged, “Praises To Our Creator,” was organised to express the group’s profound gratitude to God for what the Lord is doing through the group to save souls unto Himself.

His words “It’s our practice every year at The Victory Gospel Singers Int’l (TVGS)’s annual anniversary thanksgiving to offer our profound gratitude unto the Lord our Creator for what he is doing in our lives over the years as a gospel music group to win souls unto Himself.”
