God’s Mercy Revival Ministries (GOMERM) is set to hold its 2025 COVENANT DAY Service on Sunday, April 20, by 9a.m to mark this year’s Easter celebrations and the commemoration of the resurrection of the risen Christ.
This yearly significant and special service of the fast spreading global church has COVENANT POWER: RESURRECTION OF HOPE” as the theme for this year’s edition, holding at the church’s Mercy Campground at KM 4 Papa Lanto Road, off Sagamu-Ibadan Expressway, Ofada, Ogun State.
The service, an annual highly-anticipated special event of the church, will be a gathering of people from different parts of Nigeria and beyond where the Holy Ghost will be present massively. GOMERM’s Apostolic Set-man and General Overseer, Dr. James Akanbi, will minister life-transforming power ministration to the usual huge congregation at the event. Gospel artiste Tobi Akuraku, will lead the congregation in mighty praise and thanksgiving to the Almighty while the anointed GOMERM’s choir, The Zion Voices, will minister in songs at the event.

In a statement by the church’s Directorate of Public Relations & Communications signed by Pastor Femi Kolawole, the church will provide free transportation for all the participants from Ikeja, Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Dopemu, Egbeda, Ikotun, Idimu, and Epe among other locations in Lagos to the campground. The church will also provide free feeding for all the participants in the spirit of the Easter celebrations.
“At past editions of the yearly GOMERM’s COVENANT DAY Service, there have been mighty testimonies of favour, transformation, prosperity, scholarships for further education in foreign countries, deliverance from long-term stagnations and satanic oppressions, the barren carrying their babies, the jobless getting life-changing employment, and several other miracles that are too numerous to mention,” Pastor Kolawole recalled.
The church’s spokesman therefore assures the participants from all walks of life of experiencing in their lives the covenant power in the name of Jesus at the programme, saying “because Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, and the covenant power in His name never fails, we are full of faith that Jesus Christ is set to do even much more than He has done for His people at this 2025 COVENANT DAY service. God has something new and truly life-transforming encounters and experiences for everyone participating at this year’s service. That’s why we are also inviting members of the public to be part of it,” Kolawole disclosed.
