Pastor Nkechi Afolabi, the beautiful wife of the General Overeer of Palace Fire Chapel, Apostle Dr. Joshua Afolabi, has praised her husband to the high heavens, describing him as a sincere, honest, good and large-hearted man. This was contained in her eulogy of praises and appreciations that she showered on her amiable husband on their wedding anniversary on the last Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025.

The woman of God heartily expressed that she would marry her husband, Joshua Afolabi, over and over again in her deep expressions of love and gratitude to him on their wedding anniversary on the Valentine’s Day. Her words: “It’s our wedding anniversary again my love; February 14th a unique day of our church wedding that I can never forget, those drizzles from the rain, that day and the excitement in my heart. Thank God for the grace to run this race together with you my darling. If I’m to choose a spouse again, I will still choose you.
“I have seen your perfections and imperfections and discovered that you are so sincere and honest and I love you for that. Even after this many years together, if you ask me to marry you, I will still say yes, because you are a man that is never too proud to learn from anyone. You are a good and large-hearted man. Despite your fears, you take risk without looking back. You go for what you believe in without caring what people think or say. You are very considerate and accommodating. I honor you for being my king.

“Yes, sometimes you get on my nerves, yet you are the best thing that ever happened to me. Your presence gave my life a meaning and your sacrifices are from another planet. You hold me so close even when the enemy wants to pluck me off, you fight like a hen will fight to protect her chicks. You are my blessing. I’m glad we found each other.
In all your perfections I will still marry you
In all your imperfections, yes I will still marry you.
“We may have our differences but what is binding us is beyond ourselves. So, I ask for God’s grace to continue till we say goodbye after very long ride today till old age. God bless us and disgrace every enemy of our lives. Amen,” Pastor Nkechi adoringly expressed to her hubby.
