IBADAN, OYO STATE – Members of the Apostolic Church of Christ Worldwide, Ap. Bolaji Cathedral, Oke-Isegun, Jagun/Akanran Road, Ibadan, are set to host the 2026 edition of their annual spiritual gathering, “Salt Night (Asale Oniyo),” on Friday, June 19, 2026.
The programme, themed “Ancient of Days (Arugbo Ojo)”, is inspired by Daniel 7:9-10 and is expected to bring together worshippers from different parts of the country for a night of prayer, worship, salvation, healing, and divine encounters.
According to the organisers, the event will be held at the church auditorium under the leadership of the church president, Apostle Theophilus Lasisi, who is expected to lead the gathering alongside other ministers of God.
The special guest speaker for the event is Apostle Yemi Opayinka, while Apostle S. Oderonke will also play a prominent role in the programme. The music ministry will be coordinated by Rev. Sujimo Sangodade (JP).
Other ministers scheduled to participate include Apostle Mother (Mrs.) Funke Abiona, Apostle Mother (Mrs.) Florence Gbegbe, Rev. Olayiwola JP, and Rev. J. Oyetiran.
Organisers have described the annual Salt Night as a time of spiritual renewal and divine visitation, assuring participants of opportunities to receive God’s blessings, breakthroughs, healing, and salvation.
As preparations gather momentum, church members and residents of Ibadan have been invited to attend and experience what organisers describe as a life-transforming encounter with the Ancient of Days.
The church emphasized that the programme remains open to all believers and seekers, declaring the event’s enduring message: “Jesus Is Lord.”
