Church on the Mountain Announces Intercontinental Holy Pilgrimage to Israel and Jordan

The leadership of Church on the Mountain has announced plans for an intercontinental holy pilgrimage to Israel and Jordan scheduled to hold from October 24 to October 29, 2026.

The spiritual exercise, which is being coordinated by Archbishop Dr. Amos Dele Gbenro (HP), is expected to attract Christian faithful, ministers of God and distinguished personalities from different countries across the globe.

According to information contained in the official programme flyer, participants will visit several notable biblical sites including Gethsemane, Mount Carmel, River Jordan, Bethlehem and the Mount of Temptation, among other historic locations significant to the Christian faith.

The organisers described the pilgrimage as a unique spiritual experience designed to deepen participants’ understanding of biblical history, strengthen their faith and provide an opportunity for personal spiritual renewal.

A number of prominent Christian leaders and dignitaries are also expected to be part of the pilgrimage. They include Apostle Dr. Brenda Ward, Dr. Gen Amb O.E. Odebunmi, Bishop Dr. Monty Tau, Bishop Dr. W.A. Obwama, Archbishop Prof. Amb J.F. Mwape, HP Prof. Edward Alfred, Archbishop Prof. M.J. Mogale (HPE), Prof. Ashangbor Aborsey and Dr. Palemoshela Namundjebo Shifeta.

Speaking on the forthcoming pilgrimage, the organisers noted that the holy journey would offer pilgrims the opportunity to experience first-hand the lands and locations associated with major biblical events and teachings.

They added that the programme would also encourage fellowship among believers from different nations while promoting spiritual reflection and cultural interaction.

Interested participants have been advised to contact the organisers through the information channels provided in the official publication for further details regarding registration, travel arrangements and participation guidelines.
